We needed to cut through the noise of the market and break the habit of customers switching health insurers as soon as new incentives came up. We sought to drive not only acquisitions but Customer Lifetime Value to ensure new customers were aligned to Westfund’s purpose and track record. Across FY21 we achieved an 18% increase to target acquisitions, and our journey is just beginning.
