  • Overview

    Alchemy One is looking for an outstanding individual with 5-6+ years experience who is an industry evangelist! Someone who loves a challenge and is always looking for the best solutions for each client-partner and is capable of driving visible results. This exciting role will be pivotal to help with Alchemy One’s continued growth and unparalleled offering in the market. This experienced leader will own responsibility of driving the direction of their client-partners, be involved in day-to-day client contact, account management, content partnership projects and lead the client-partners to continue to deliver strong results.

    This role is for someone who has a hustle and passion for the industry. You will be self motivated, driven and can show up to work with presence. Working collaboratively across the agency you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and have an innate ability to create effective work.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Client-partner leader: Create energy and momentum to drive growth for our clients. Understanding the current state of client-partner’s business, you will be working on finding strategic opportunities as you will function as a strategic business partner, advisor and relationship lead.
  • Connection Planning Lead: produce creative and effective work and lead the accounts from briefing to implementation, owning the quality and accuracy of connections plans and recommendations in collaboration with strategy and digital teams.
  • Excellent collaborator: Create strong and meaningful relationships with all of Alchemy One’s stakeholders (client-partners, media-partners, internal teams).
  • Excellent Communication: This is a client-facing position so excellent communication and presentation skills are vital. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics to help clients monitor and adjust key marketing programs in order to maximise growth

  • Time management & team work: With account management skills, you’ll be able to build trusting relationships with client-partners, take responsibility for the smooth running of accounts, and be able to motivate and educate internal and client-partner teams.
  • Key lead in developing the agency’s growth strategy in association with the Group Business Director.
  • Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience (5/6+ years) working in media agency client service led roles and experience in developing and executing large scale cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Must have agency planning background for national brands.
  • You have an innate desire to form strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and can lead these independently.
  • Robust knowledge of media buying strategies/tactics across brand, direct response and engagement.
  • Ability to synthesise data, make data-driven decisions and balance that with the ‘art’ of media strategy.
  • Strong experience in managing teams and creating a nurturing environment for growth.
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical problem solving skills including advanced excel skills.
